Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel offers excellent value for money with clean and comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. The service is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient with free parking and free breakfast, although the property needs maintenance. The dining experience is inconsistent but included. Overall, a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers.
I stayed at this hotel with my young children and had a mixed experience. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and I had to request a new one, but the cleanliness was decent despite some issues like poorly patched walls and a fridge door that was hard to open due to its location. The service started off well with helpful and friendly staff, but there were some shortcomings after 36 hours. The location was convenient for our needs, being near the Trans Canada Highway, but it lacked upkeep in certain areas. The dining options were average with limited variety and some low-quality items, although the hotel staff were friendly. Overall, it was an okay stay with some ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was decent overall. The room was clean but could use a better cleaning. I appreciated the separate bedroom area from the TV space. However, some service issues were noticeable, especially with Kara at the front desk. Despite these issues, the location was convenient and just right for my needs.
The hotel's rooms were large and quiet, offering great comfort, but they were a little too warm for my liking and I couldn't cool them down easily. The service was a mix of really friendly and helpful interactions alongside some instances of rudeness when the Wi-Fi wasn't working on my phone. The location was excellent for easy access to downtown but felt a bit crowded, and the hot tub lacked pressure from Jets. The dining experience was disappointing with limited food options and poor quality. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.
